The CDC provides information, data and statistics, publications, and other resources through their research and work studies regarding traumatic brain injury and concussion. They have also have started a series of educational initiatives via their HEADS UP program to protect kids and teens by bringing awareness to concussion and brain injuries.

BrainLine is a comprehensive site offering information and resources about preventing, treating, and living with TBI. There is information for everyone at BrainLine, whether you are a TBI survivor, caregiver, professional, military, veterans, or a parent of a child with TBI. They work to spread awareness through various methods such as webcasts, an electronic newsletter, and an extensive outreach campaign in partnership with national organizations concerned about traumatic brain injury.
Brain Injury Association of America
Through brain injury prevention, research, treatment, education, and advocacy, BIAA provides support at both the national and state level for anyone affected by brain injury. Their nationwide network of chartered state affiliates provide direct support and advocacy for individuals living with brain injury, their friends and family, professionals and the general public. Defense and Veterans Brain Injury Center
Founded in 1992 by Congress, DVBIC is part of the U.S. Military Health System, specifically the traumatic brain injury (TBI) operational component of the Defense Centers of Excellence for Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury (DCoE). DVBIC's mission is to serve active-duty military, their beneficiaries, and veterans with traumatic brain injury through state-of-the-science clinical care, innovative clinical research initiatives and educational programs, and support for force health protection services.
